How to Use
- 1Relax.
- 2Strike the rim of the bowl with the mallet and let the sound resonate. Scoop the sound.
- 3Continue running the mallet around the rim.
- 4Start with 3 strikes on the third eye, then move right or left as guided. Let the bowl ring for at least 5 seconds with each strike as you move it around your head and heart for self-healing, or around your client’s head for deep energy work and healing.

All of our singing bowls are ritualized and energy activated by Hindu/Buddhist mantra chanting in Nepal. If requested, we offer personalized energy activation here in the US. (Additional costs may apply.)
Customization
Boston Vibration offers customization of bowls. Names and short messages can be engraved on the bowl. You can also submit your own designs. (The cost and shipping time will vary, so please plan ahead if you want to customize your bowl.)
