We ship securely to all 50 US states. Our instruments are packaged with extreme care to ensure their resonant structural integrity is protected during transit.
Standard Processing: Orders for non-engraved bowls are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your label is printed.
Custom Engraving Surcharge & Lead Time
If you choose to have your bowl engraved, there is a flat $15 surcharge per bowl. Because our artisans hand-etch the metal in Nepal, please allow up to 5 weeks for custom engraved orders to arrive.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be deeply connected with your instrument. If your bowl does not resonate with you, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, completely undamaged.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- A 10% restocking fee may apply.
Note: Custom engraved bowls are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, unless structurally damaged during transit.
