How to Use your Chakra Set Bowl
Relax and Center Yourself. Take a few deep breaths to calm the mind and welcome stillness into your body.
Sit Comfortably in Sukhasana (Cross-Legged Pose). Keep your spine aligned and your heart open, allowing energy to flow freely.
Hold the Bowl with Reverence. Place the bowl gently in the center of your open palm. Do not grip it with your fingers — this allows the vibrations to travel unhindered.
Awaken the Bowl with a Strike. Gently strike the rim of the bowl with the wooden mallet to activate its powerful vibration. Let the sound resonate deeply in your space.
Sustain the Sound. Slowly and steadily move the mallet around the rim of the bowl, keeping consistent pressure to maintain a smooth, continuous sound wave. Allow the vibrations to fill your aura and surroundings.
Scoop and Direct the Sound Energy. Use your free hand to "scoop" the sound and direct the energy flow toward areas of your body or the space around you, enhancing the energetic cleansing.
