About Hand-Hammered Tibetan Singing Bowl: Buddha Dhyana Mudra, 4" Meditation Bowl

Machine-made

Hand-selected and energetically prepared — crafted for meditation, sound healing, and spiritual practice.

The Dhyana Mudra, also known as the Gesture of Meditation, is the embodiment of stillness, focus, and inner tranquility. With its gentle yet profound meaning, this mudra invites you to enter a state of deep meditation, allowing you to connect with the inner silence that exists beyond the distractions of the world. The Buddha’s hands rest peacefully in his lap, forming a delicate triangle with the thumb and index fingers, symbolizing the union of body, mind, and spirit in perfect harmony. Our "Meditational Buddha Bowl" is designed to amplify the energy of this sacred mudra. Engraved with the Dhyana Mudra symbol, this hand-beaten singing bowl, crafted in Nepal, channels the profound power of meditation. The vibrations from the bowl create a soothing soundscape that deepens your practice, bringing your mind and body into perfect alignment. As the resonant tones fill the space, they guide you into a state of profound relaxation, quieting the mind and opening the heart to the wisdom within. The Meditational Buddha Bowl is not just an instrument; it is a tool for transformation. The sound vibrations emanating from the bowl have the power to clear mental clutter, reduce stress, and facilitate deep healing. Each strike of the mallet is an invitation to enter a deeper meditative state, allowing you to experience the peace, serenity, and clarity that come from true stillness. With the energy of the Dhyana Mudra embedded in its sound, the bowl helps you anchor your practice, guiding you toward the deep well of wisdom and stillness within.
