How to Use
- 1Relax.
- 2Sit with crossed legs (Sukhasan).
- 3Place the bowl in the middle of your palm (Do not grip with your fingers).
- 4Strike the rim of the bowl with the mallet and let the sound resonate. Scoop the sound.
- 5Continue running the mallet around the rim.
Suggested Time
5-15 minutes daily (If possible, maintain a consistent time and place.)

I have yet to learn how to use it properly so I'm watching videos I thought it was easier to work lol, but it is pretty it's kind of tiny but that's okay it's perfect for a beginner like me I guess :-)
