Service Description

This session is highly recommended for anyone seeking the full benefits of Sound Bath Healing. As a client, you'll experience the complete spectrum of sound healing and energy exchange. You can choose to sit, stand, or lie down comfortably while your selected set of bowls, gongs, and bells are played, accompanied by guided meditation, breathwork, and mantra chanting (specifically for chakra balancing). If permitted, singing bowls will be placed on different parts of your body, allowing you to feel the direct vibrations and their soothing effects. This immersive experience promotes physical relaxation while nurturing inner strength and emotional stability.
